Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Booking
Full payment is required to secure a booking. A 15% processing fee is charged on all refunds.
2. Customer Cancellations
7+ days before event: Full refund minus processing fee or rescheduling. 6 days or less: No refund or rescheduling
3. Weather Policy
If weather is unsafe (heavy rain, rough seas, strong winds): Free rescheduling OR Credit valid for 12 months.
4. Company Cancellations
If we cancel (equipment failure, staff issue, etc.): Full refund OR reschedule at customer’s choice
5. No-Shows
If customer is not present at agreed time/location: No refund. Full charge applies
6. Early Termination
If customer is stopped due to: Customer misuse, Safety violations ➡️ No refund
7. Refund Processing
Refunds issued within 5–10 business days. Returned via original payment method.
